加热控温特点

顶部和底部热风加热器功率可达到1200W，配合涡流无刷风机，流量可达60L/Min。底部大面积红外预热，可应对大型服务器及工控机主板预热需要。

采用裂像棱镜对位，上下独立光源辅助照明，手动与自动相结合贴装工作，对位直观，对位精度可达士0.02mm。

对位操作时，X、Y、Z、θ角度微调，对位效率提升50%。

主加热器 : 顶部热风+底部热风

采用顶部底部中间区域热风加热+底部暗红外加热器的结构，更容易达到目标温度曲线；应对更多焊接条件，较小的温差达到较高的焊接CPK水平。

软件

D1～D6+Cool 7段式温度控制，可模拟SMT炉温曲线，达到理想的制程工艺。

炉温曲线分析

通过BGA SOFT软件实现PC对设备的操作，可以进行曲线的调试、各种参数的设置、贴放高度设置等，更重要的是可以实现对流程曲线中预热速度、峰值温度、保温时间、冷却速率等参数的分析。
